Your ReplayTV needs to be minimally updated to work properly under the new Daylight Savings Time changes. This like here will tell you how to do it:

Press MENU
Select SETUP
Select CHANGE DIALING AND INPUT SETTINGS
Select CHANGE TELEPHONE
Press the SELECT button on the remote until you reach the screen labeled ZIP CODE
Press the STOP button on the remote to clear the zip code
Press the LEFT ARROW button on the remote to return to the screen labeled PHONE NUMBER
Select CONTINUE
Enter your ZIP CODE
Select CONTINUE and the ReplayTV will call the 800 # and download an updated list of phone numbers
Press the SELECT button on the remote until you reach the screen labeled SETUP SUMMARY
Select KEEP ALL SETTINGS

Press the LEFT ARROW button on the remote to return to the screen labeled SETUP SUMMARY
Select CHANGE ZIP CODE
Enter your ZIP CODE
Select CONTINUE
Press the SELECT button on the remote until you reach the screen labeled SETUP SUMMARY
Select KEEP ALL SETTINGS
The guide should now be updated and there should be no further issues
