Question: How do I change from internet setting to modem?
Answer: Doug asks: When I was setting the thing up I accidentally hit the button saying I had an internet connection. Now it wants info that doesn't exist and I can't figure out how to get the setting back to modem.

vaxmn added on 11/11/2003: I was in the same bind - accidentally specified to use an internet connection. However, when I hit Menu and then Setup->Network&Input Settings, I got a message to the effect that some settings were not valid. The only available navigation was to "Update All Settings" and "Return to ReplayTV". The former took me back to the blank IP info page while the latter went back to the main Menu.
To make a long story short, I had to resort to 382-Zones and chose to reset the unit to factory defaults. Soft/hard reboots did not help. Since this is a new unit being set up for the first time, I didn't have to lose any recordings. YMMV.

I turn on my new unit this evening to get it going I found that there was no quick setup.
A call to the Customer (dis)service :-/ had me hanging for nearly 25 minutes when I happened to see the zones and code suggestion. Well - it worked for me ! Quick setup is progressing. Great Tip.
Have they activated my unit - oh that is another battle and description is better suited for another thread.
